At Playology Pets, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't quite right, we are here to help make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are free of pet hair or dander.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
